Burcu Atalay Tankut is an Istanbul, Turkey based food, travel and still life photographer who focused on food, food culture, restaurants, chefs and still life photography. After studying Industrial Product Design at Istanbul Technical University, she shifted her career into photography and uses both her design skills and techniques in styling and photography. By the age of 29 she founded her own studio in 2005. Since then she has been working in food, still life and travel photography as well as creating art projects in Istanbul and New York.
